A Little I Know About Photography and A Lot That I Don't!
A Little Info About Me
I’ve had an interest in photography for as long as I can remember. My first recollection of cameras was a rangefinder 35mm Argus C-4 my parents had purchased in 1964 and I learned to use when I was just 7 or 8 years old.
The first camera I bought for myself at age 16 was a Canon Canonet QL17 35mm w/45mm f1.7 Lens which I used for years, sold to a friend, bought back again and used for many more years, then sold to my brother.
Since then I’ve started a small collection of 35mm camera bodies and lenses.
Hover Dam at Night was taken with a Pentax K-1000 w/the standard Asahi 50mm f1.4 lens stopped down to f16. The Camera was tripod mounted, a cable release was used and the exposure was approximately 5 minutes.
Buck in Velvet was taken in the East Fork Campground in the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming. The camera was an Olympus OM-2S-Program set to program mode w/Sigma 35 to 70mm zoom lens.
This Picture of the Canadian Rockies was taken in the summer of 1983 while touring on my GoldWing. The camera was a Canon Canonet QL17 35mm w/45mm f1.7 Lens unfortunately the exposure was not recorded.
Verde Valley View from Arizona Route 89A between Jerome and Prescott looking out over the Verde Valley. Camera was an Olympus Digital SP350 set to Auto.

Great photos! I would love to travel around and be able to take a variety of photos from different places and cultures.
Thanks, I really enjoy it. I’ll be posting more pics as I get them scanned in and converted, most of my stuff is on 35mm film.
